If you need to cancel your reservation, let us know as soon as possible. We have different cancellation policies for deposit refunds depending on when you cancel your booking.
If you cancel your booking more than 1 months before the arrival date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded within 30 days. (25% of total). If you cancel less than one month before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you arrive at the premises and decide to leave earlier than expected, in the event of a no-show or cancellation of the reservation after the date of arrival, full payment is required.

BOOKING MODIFICATION
The modification of the dates of your initial reservation is possible if you inform us 30 days before the date of arrival. Once the deposit has been debited, any modification of the reservation aimed at shortening the stay will incur a penalty of 100 EUR + 3% of the transaction costs.
