At POMAR Coliving, we’re lucky to welcome entrepreneurs who, during their stay, become a true source of inspiration for the entire community. Today, we’re introducing Alix, a bold and inspiring woman who chose the Algarve to write a new chapter of her journey
An entrepreneur redefining the beauty industry
- Alix is the founder of Les Cops de la Cosmétique, the very first academy in France fully dedicated to empowering women to launch their own cosmetic brands. From formulation to regulation to commercialization, her unique program has already helped many women dare to take the leap and bring their ideas to life. But that’s not all — Alix also created Europe Cosmétique Laboratory, an innovative lab supporting the launch of future beauty brands. 💄 She’s exactly the kind of girl boss we love to see shining at POMAR: independent, determined, and generous in sharing her expertise.
In search of balance
- In December 2023, Alix discovered POMAR Coliving for the first time. Her goal: to find a healthier balance between work and life, and above all, to reconnect with nature.
- She instantly loved the atmosphere and energy here, and only four months later, she came back. This time, she decided to stay longer and today, she’s living in the Algarve for several months, fully embracing the local lifestyle.
Two Seasons, two experiences, Alix has experienced POMAR during two very different moments of the year:
- Winter: calm, bright, and authentic, with empty beaches, peaceful villages, and the magic of off-season Algarve.
- Summer: vibrant and social, with sunset drinks, lively gatherings, and encounters with travelers from around the world.
She sums it up perfectly: “At POMAR, everyone is focused on their work, but we also know how to have fun together. It’s the perfect balance!”
Sports, sunshine & inspiration
Alix doesn’t just focus on her projects, she also do a lot of sport. Thanks to the POMAR team she discovered CrossFit, a discipline she practices with passion. Whether running along the salt flats, swimming in the ocean, or training outdoors, she makes the most of Algarve’s exceptional environment.
A source of energy for the tribe
Every exchange with Alix is a breath of inspiration. Her journey, energy, and authenticity make her a precious member of the POMAR tribe. We’re grateful to have her with us and proud to see how she embodies the true spirit of coliving: work, sharing, and kindness.
