At POMAR Coliving, the safety and well-being of all our residents are of utmost importance. As coliving spaces continue to grow in popularity, providing a secure and supportive environment, especially for women, is crucial.
Since 2022, we have hosted over 100 colivers, and avoided any safety issues. We are grateful for this and continuously strive to maintain a safe space for everyone.

- Thorough Vetting Process : We have a rigorous vetting process for all potential colivers. This includes background checks and reference checks to ensure that everyone joining the community aligns with our values and expectations.
- Creating a Supportive Culture : We actively foster a culture of support and respect. This includes organizing workshops on consent and communication, as well as encouraging residents to look out for one another.
- Feedback Mechanisms : We regularly solicit feedback from residents to understand their concerns and improve our practices. This feedback loop helps us stay responsive and adaptive to the needs of our community.
