Who we are
At POMAR, we host remote professionals from all over the world in a peaceful, design-led space surrounded by nature. We believe in the power of connection, sports, and slowing down, without sacrificing fiber internet and great coffee 😉
🌈 Your Mission as Community Manager
This is a part-time (20h/week) paid volunteer position, perfect for someone who wants to live in a vibrant coliving while supporting a conscious hospitality project.
🛎️ What you’ll do
- Welcome the new colivers → support check-ins & make them feel at home.
- Lead the community flow:
Run our weekly Monday Community Session with Claire.
Cook & eat with guests (1x family dinner, 1x game/movie/skillsharing night).
Co-host the Sunday brunch if the tribe is not at the beach
Organize a weekend activity: hike, beach, kayak, ice bath, road trip – you decide!
Support light operations:
Share responsibility every other Saturday with Claire to check the cleaning team’s work and laundry logistics.
✨ You’ll have 2 full days off/week, ideally during the week.
